My products are damaged/broken, what should I do?
If the parcel you receive is damaged, refuse delivery and ask for the parcel to be returned to us. Contact our customer service department by filling in the contact form and specifying your order number. We will contact you as soon as possible. If you have accepted the parcel, contact our customer service department by filling in the contact form, giving your order number. Attach the following to your request: Photo of the parcel with the transport label legible, Photos attesting to the condition of the product, Photo of the delivery note. Keep the delivery note and the delivery box until the incident has been resolved.
