Customer account

I can no longer access my customer account. What should I do? insert_link

If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgotten password to regenerate a new one. If you have forgotten your username or are having problems logging in, contact Customer Services using the contact form and provide your full name so that they can find your account and reset your password. 

How can I delete my account and the personal data attached to it? insert_link

Send your request to our customer service department using the contact form, specifying the email address you used to create your customer account.
