Ingredients for 4 people :
- 500g chicken breast
- 3 1/2 peppers (red, green, yellow)
- 6 tbsp. Eyguebelle Lemon Syrup
- 1 yoghurt
- 2 tbsp. grape seed oil
- 5 sprigs fresh coriander
- 1 lime (for decoration)
- salt and pepper
Preparation time: 25 minutes
Marinade: 2 hours
Cooking time: 10 minutes
- Marinate the diced chicken for 2 hours with 4 tbsp. Eyguebelle yellow lemon syrup, salt and pepper.
- Rinse the peppers, remove the seeds and dice.
- Prepare the kebabs by alternating cubes of chicken and peppers.
- Pour the oil into a frying pan and brown the kebabs, adding the juice from the marinade.
- Cook for 8 minutes over a high heat, turning regularly.
- Mix the yoghurt with the remaining syrup and add the chopped coriander.
- Serve with the well-browned brochettes.
