The scent of raspberries is a must in summer. Raspberries always remind us of the fruit salads we serve in summer at the end of a good meal. So what better way to add it to your cocktails, with or without alcohol, for a refreshing, fruity and colourful taste!
The recipes below are based on raspberry cream, but there's nothing to stop you replacing an alcoholic liqueur with raspberry syrup for an alcohol-free version.
Cocktail n°1 : Kir Royal revisited
Based on champagne and raspberry cream, this cocktail is a more alcoholic and original version of the famous Kir Royal.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cl raspberry cream
- 0.5 cl orgeat syrup
- 1 cl vodka
- 3 cl orange juice
- Champagne
Mix all the ingredients except the champagne in a shaker and fill half a flute. Top up the rest of the glass with champagne.
Cocktail n°2 : Coup de soleil
Simple and effective, this cocktail is ideal if you're feeling hot by the pool. Fruity, it's best served very chilled with a few ice cubes.
Ingredients:
- Pineapple juice
- 2 cl raspberry cream
- ice cubes
Pour the ice cubes, raspberry cream and pineapple juice into a tall glass.
Enjoy immediately.
Cocktail n°3 : Chocolate Raspberry
chocolate raspberry cocktail. This original cocktail is perfect for sweet-lovers looking for something sweet for dessert, for example. Quick and easy to prepare, it requires just 3 ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 3 cl raspberry cream
- 1.5 cl cocoa liqueur
- 1 cl crème fraîche
Mix the ingredients together and serve in a wine glass placed in the fridge beforehand. Garnish the wine glass with a hulled strawberry.
Cocktail n°4 : Raspberry Margarita
Raspberry tequila cocktail: A cocktail worthy of great summer evenings.
A refreshing tequila-based drink, this cocktail should be enjoyed in moderation.
Ingredients :
- 3cl Tequila
- 1.5 cl triple sec orange liqueur
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 1.5 cl raspberry cream
Mix all the ingredients together in a shaker and serve the cocktail in a margarita glass.
