Ingredients for 4 people :
- 50 cl single cream
- 50 g caster sugar
- 4 sheets of gelatine
- 4 tbsp. Thyme Syrup
Preparation:
- Soften the gelatine leaves in a bowl of cold water. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the sugar and bring to a medium heat, stirring constantly.
- When the mixture is hot (but not boiling), remove from the heat and add the well-drained gelatine to melt and the thyme syrup.
- Divide the mixture between 4 ramekins, without filling them. Leave to cool and keep in the fridge to set.
