Chicken with lemon syrup

Ingredients for 4 people :

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 3 1/2 peppers (red, green, yellow)
  • 6 tbsp. Eyguebelle Lemon Syrup
  • 1 yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. grape seed oil
  • 5 sprigs fresh coriander
  • 1 lime (for decoration)
  • salt and pepper

Preparation time: 25 minutes
Marinade: 2 hours
Cooking time: 10 minutes

  1. Marinate the diced chicken for 2 hours with 4 tbsp. Eyguebelle yellow lemon syrup, salt and pepper.
  2. Rinse the peppers, remove the seeds and dice.
  3. Prepare the kebabs by alternating cubes of chicken and peppers.
  4. Pour the oil into a frying pan and brown the kebabs, adding the juice from the marinade.
  5. Cook for 8 minutes over a high heat, turning regularly.
  6. Mix the yoghurt with the remaining syrup and add the chopped coriander.
  7. Serve with the well-browned brochettes.
