Description
The Eyguebelle Montélimar Nougat Syrup is a syrup typical of the region. Nougat is a confection made from egg whites, honey and almonds. There are white nougats, but also black nougats which do not contain egg whites. Nougat is the speciality of the town of Montélimar, just a few kilometres from Eyguebelle. You can pour it neat over vanilla ice creams, pancakes or to sweeten a coffee.

sugar, water, Montélimar nougat extract 3% (ALMOND, EGG), flavourings, lemon juice concentrate, colour: plain caramel, preservative: potassium sorbate.
