A brandy is the result of the fruits distillation to which we don't add sugar. The Williams Pear used to make this eau de vie has a highly developed and delicious aroma. This artisanal processing of the fruit gives to the Ælred pear brandy an incomparable fruity taste. Ælred williams pear brandy is highly appreciated for its powerful, mellow bouquet. It skilfully expresses the richness of the terroir and the nuanced flavours of the fruit.
