Description

The Ælred Lemon Citron Liqueur is similar to Limoncello but sweeter and less acidic. It can be served as a digestive on the rocks, in cocktails and in pastries. The Lemon Citron fruit gets its name from its thick, rough bark, which smells like cedar. This lemon is grown in Corsica and Italy. It is widely used in cooking, particularly in preserves and jams.
