An brandy is the distillation of a fruit to which we add no sugar at all. The Williams Pear used to make this eau de vie has a highly developed and delicious aroma. This artisanal processing of the fruit gives to Ælred williams pear brandy an incomparable fruitiness, with almost the impression of "biting into the fruit". Ælred williams pear brandy is highly appreciated for its powerful, mellow bouquet. It skilfully expresses the richness of the terroir and the nuanced flavours of the fruit.
