Description

Ælred Pastis is the result of the blending of 44 plants, flowers, spices and alcoholates macerated and distilled. Recognized as a high quality Provencal Pastis, it brings all the freshness expected for a Pastis with a dominant anise and licorice notes. It also offers generous vegetable and spicy notes, from cardamom to cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. A tasty Provençal walk to discover an elegant and surprising aromatic.

Un pastis exceptionnel. Du temps de l'ancienne emballage sous la marque Eyguebelle, cet "élixir"avait reçu la médaille d'or au concours général agricole de Paris. Vous comprendrez mieux pourquoi en le goutant. Le bouquet de saveurs d'herbes et d'épices qui se dégage à la dégustation vous convaincra. Foi de Marseillais c est un régal #

Le pastis Aelred 1889 d'Eyguebelle est pour moi le meilleur que j'ai pu goûter. Ce mélange unique de plantes et d'épices fait une vraie différence. On ne sent pas du tout l'éthanol et ça le rend doux et léger tout en gardant une vraie puissance aromatique. Ce pastis est apprécié même par ceux qui n'aiment plus le pastis. A découvrir et à savourer !

Nous avons découvert ce pastis lors d'un séjour dans le sud. Le goût est différent d'un pastis classique mais très agréable et original. Je n'en trouve pas en GMS sur Paris, je l'ai donc commandé directement sur le site et je l'offrirai comme cadeau de Noël.
